I did have misgivings. I’d heard all about firms quoting a low price initially but overcharging towards the end. But Safe & Key Store was nothing like that! AMAZING!
Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional.
I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again.
It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW.
He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes. Every service in world should run their company like Edwardo: COURTEOUS, COMMUNICATIVE, HONEST, MODERN, and RELIABLE. This company is a rare gem.
