Tanner Built homes has been licensed and insured in Michigan since 1999 and in North Carolina since 2011. Ryan grew up watching his father construct, expand and renovate homes for many happy clients in the North. Ryan is continuing the tradition in the South. He adores helping clients realize the joy of home ownership and making their home renovation dreams a realty. Tanner Built Homes operates with an “Intermediate Building” license classification from the North Carolina Board of General Contractors – This level of licensure allows us to contract any project up to $1,000,000 in the state of North Carolina.
