Very pleased with the service! Security Locksmith Services gave me no reason to complain. Arrived as per schedule, carried out the work in double quick time and honored the estimate they provided over the phone. I’ve hired countless other locksmiths in Woodmere but no one could come close to the level of service they provide!

As far as I’m concerned, I don’t care much for swanky adverts by firms making over-the-top claims, for when it comes to fulfilling the promises in the real world, they fall short! I discovered this the hard way when I found myself locked out of my home and was left waiting for two solid hours before I contacted another firm. That other firm happened to be Security Locksmith Services and the immediate response left me stunned. I regained entry within 30 minutes after placing the call to them. Since that day, I’ve always relied on Security Locksmith Services for all my locksmithing needs. Excellent commitment and great teamwork! Keep up the good work guys!!! Can’t recommend them enough to people in Woodmere, NY….

I got locked out and called Security Locksmith Services tonight. Took them a bit longer to arrive than expected, but they more than made up for it with some of the best customer service I've ever had in Woodmere, NY. Guys were very friendly on the phone and in person. Scott did battle with an incredibly stubborn lock that would not give, and even made things harder for himself by not drilling out the protective plate. He could have easily have just insisted on drilling it out to make things simpler, but he worked around it. Then he took just as much time to make sure the new lock worked perfectly, even breaking out a small metal file to trim off a bit on the strike plate at one point. Through all the frustrations he was upbeat and friendly. I would have been throwing things and cussing up a storm. Definitely give these guys a try. I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.
