He talked to me throughout changing my locks, and explained everything to me as he was doing it. He told me funny anecdotes about his work, and really just brought a huge smile to my face. Very friendly technician! I think his name was Dave! There was bad coverage in the locality where I was stuck, stranded out of my own car. I tried placing a call, but my call kept dropping and I resorted to typing an email though I knew that the chances of someone paying attention to my email were next to none.
