Ordered a set of keys from the hardware store for cheap, and found one of them broken in less than 3 weeks. I decided not to use them anymore and called Locksmith & Key Store for assistance. Though I was okay with taking my key to their workshop in Dayton , these guys told me they’ll come to my place instead. Sure enough, they arrived barely twenty minutes later and got the keys made. When I put the key made by them and that made by the hardware store, I could notice the stark difference between the two. High quality on-location service at low prices – I couldn’t ask for more. FIVE STARS!

Got locked out for perhaps the fifth time in the last few months. I’d forgotten to take the keys with me again! The usual locksmith service I hired was unavailable since it was around 11 pm then. I called Locksmith & Key Store and they agreed to help. I found myself back inside within half an hour. And the charges? Cost me around $48, plus, the locksmith also altered the lock for free so it wouldn’t lock automatically behind me. Now when I think of it, it feels stupid to have spent over a hundred bucks for the same service from another locksmith.

After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Locksmith & Key Store to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable.
