Very bad experience with them. I asked specifically for a black tailgate for my truck. I received a grey one instead. When I called them about it they said there's nothing they can do because I approved the photo that they text me which was or appeared to be black. They text you a photo of the part for your approval. I'm currently calling them every day to rectify this. It has been over 1 week already doing this and still no results.
