Very friendly! Having dealt with grumpy locksmiths in the past, this was a pleasant change. The technician from Neighborhood Locksmith Store carried out the job with a smile, dealt out plenty of tips on home security, made me a complementary spare key and even knocked off a few bucks from the bill. After getting really creepy texts and voicemails from my last locksmith, I decided to get my locks changed again and a chain installed. I emailed the company at 10 at night on a Saturday and Mike responded in under 10 minutes. He gave me a 1 hour time (super awesome for not having to wait around too long) and was there right on time, which is already above and beyond. He was so helpful and professional and a joy to talk to. They offer some peace of mind, I want to pay it forward by leaving another 5-star review. Neighborhood Locksmith Store are rad.

FIVE STARS!!! An excellent team! I only wish I’d come across their site https://www.WestRoxbury.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com earlier. I’d been duped in the past by several locksmiths, overcharged for basic services, provided shoddy work, sold cheap duplicates and more. Once I made Neighborhood Locksmith Store my go-to locksmith, I’m finally free of all that hassle. These guys even turned up at my door at 1 am upon request. No one else would do that!
