The Enterprise Systems Group (ESG) brand is most known for Voice-over IP solutions, or Voip. The company has been partnered with Mitel Networks Corporation for nearly as long as Mitel has been in existence. Mitel's complete offering of unified communication technology, centers on their Voip platform, and integrates many communications tools in with their business phone systems. Enterprise Systems Group (ESG) has taken Mitel IP phone solutions and broadened the offering by integrating video conferencing solutions from Polycom and Vidyo, inter-office chat with Microsoft Lync, as well as Mitel's Micollab solution, and network monitoring with (i)View from Crytycal Services Management and built these systems around a sturdy backbone with the ESG Data solution. ESG Data analyzes customers' existing data networks, both wired infrastructure, as well as wireless data networks (wi-fi) in order to determine not only the best technology to use in the solution, but also how to map out the system components to reach optimal Internet bandwidth, Wi-fi coverage, and the ability to handle the growing needs of a variety of Wi-fi enabled devices brought on by the onslaught of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD).
