After my remote key fob had accidentally fallen into the pool, it had started malfunctioning. My dealer informed me that it would take about a week to get a replacement and quoted a jaw-dropping price for it. Very professional and affordable! I needed a deadbolt but had mistakenly placed an order for a deadlatch. Despite placing an order for the wrong lock, John was extremely understanding, explained the difference between the two, confirmed what I needed and returned with the required lock within minutes. My roommate and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment when we were in a rush - after calling many different locksmiths, we decided to go with Mike because his pricing was much more reasonable.
