Best customer service experience I have had in Hamilton, OH. There was an error in communication for my appointment but Dave made sure that I still received my lock installation as soon as possible. He also noticed a poor installation of the lock with missing screws by my landlord and made sure to correct the issue and replace the screws. Oh my god, these guys are great. I've lived in Hamilton, OH for 11 years and have had some horrendous experiences with locksmiths. These guys are totally professional and truly good people.
