Lock & Key Store installed four new deadbolts in our condo in less than an hour. I had fixed an appointment with a locksmith from a store that was barely a few blocks away, but even after an hour of waiting, the technician never got there. That’s when I found this site Lock & Key Store on the internet and called them right away. Thanks so much for helping me out, despite the short notice! Professional, reliable and right on time, I’d say they’re the best in Hamilton. Don’t believe me? Try them out!

Customer service at its best! Called them on an urgent basis to fix the malfunctioning smart lock and I received the assistance I needed within 20 minutes. Considering the cost of the services, and the value they offer, I’d say they’re the best in Hamilton, OH. Gary, the technician sent from Lock & Key Store, even fixed the door that was slightly off-track at no added costs. Keep up the great work guys! I’ve saved their number 513-323-3097, because when I need locksmith service in the future, I’ll know who to call….

I recently contacted Lock & Key Store about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time. Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job. Max replaced 3 locks in under an hour and was kind enough to go over the keys and how each of the locks were installed for the best and safest usage. I'm very happy with the work that Lock & Key Store performed and they are completely deserving of a 5 Star rating! Call them when you need a Locksmith Service 513-323-3097.
