Customer service can’t get better than this! David was polite, understanding and was a total pro. He managed to unlock the high security lock on my front door in minutes – and he didn’t leave the slightest damage on it. All this was done at half past midnight. I commend the dedication of the team from Lock & Key Store. You guys are the best in Montville, NJ. Five stars! These guys did an amazing job. Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Lock & Key Store salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a Schlage Primus high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys! Apart from lock repairs, they’ve got a host of other services – I can’t list them all out here, so make sure you check their website https://www.Montville.Lock-Key-Store.com. I’m planning on getting new doors fixed next month, and there’s no doubt, Lock & Key Store is the firm I’ll call. I can’t recommend them enough to the people of Montville, NJ! Go for it!

Top notch service! I hired Lock & Key Store after checking out their impressive website https://www.Montville.Lock-Key-Store.com. Apparently, they offered 24 hour service at zero added charges. I worked odd shifts, and the only time I’m at home is after 11 pm. Joe was very understanding and he instantly agreed to get there at my time of convenience. Earlier, I used to take a day off from work to supervise the maintenance work but with Lock & Key Store, I don’t have to. Thanks for fixing the locks up and offering me great advice on maintaining them. I can’t recommend these guys enough! If you need a locksmith in Montville, NJ that values you and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service, they’re the ones to go to….
