The Customer Service at The Dize Company is absolutely HORRIBLE. They and the subcontractors promise to call back and then never do. You have to keep calling them and even going by the office on South Main St., Winston Salem, NC. We waited 8 weeks to just get a price of $725.00 on the repair. After the lousy service they gave to me, I ask for a $225.00 discount and they REFUSED to even discuss the discount with me. He kept saying we are giving you a discount, but he never gave me the price of the Discount he was giving to me. The man hung up on me. I had even referred folks to them that live in our Town Home Community you would think that $225.00 discount was nothing to them for the business I gave them. To get rid of The Dize Company completely, we paid another company to put up a whole new awning. Please DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY and pass the information on to your family and friends. The $225.00 discount will cost them more as I know many many people and word of mouth travels fast
