We have developed RNAi-mediated gene knockdown mice by: Silencing lentiviral vectors and adenoviral vectors Transgenic mice can be generated rapidly by transduction of early embryos with lentiviral silencing vectors and adenoviral vectors, resulting in mice with down regulated target genes.
