A job well done! Fitted the lock in no time, and John even carried out a security audit for free. He identified a couple of weak spots and made a few suggestions that included installing locks on a few windows. Everything came at a great price and I couldn’t say no. Though I had no prior appointment, it wasn’t an issue with All Day Locksmith Service. They sent a team to my location in less than twenty minutes. There was an inspection the next day from the insurance company, and I really needed to ensure all the locks were in perfect condition so that I could avail a discount on the premium. Danny and his team were thorough with their job. As for the inspection? Aced it! Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. All Day Locksmith Service is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Gardena, CA company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended! All Day Locksmith Service is the company to call to.
