Estate Locksmith Store has a 5-star rating for a reason. I called them this morning to rekey two doors in my house, and they were able to send a locksmith within the hour. The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. just had the cylinder changed on my apartment door lock because my former super was recently arrested for using duplicate keys to break into apartments. Creepy, right? We had Estate Locksmith Store come out to change the locks on our house. Appointment setup was a breeze. Called, and within a few minutes had our appointment booked. Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access.
