Edwardo was fantastic. He was courteous, skilled and professional. He confirmed our appointment ahead of time, arrived on time, did the job quickly and well. We especially liked that he emailed us a receipt immediately. Edwardo also gave us valuable advice on fixing our old broken doorknob (which wasn't included in the job). He quoted us a fair price and stuck to it. He even offered to clean up some loose paint before he left, unheard of in this city! Five stars! These guys did an amazing job. Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Parker Locksmith Store salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a Schlage Primus high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys! Parker Locksmith Store was great - they arrived in 15 mins and had my door open in another 10. I was quoted $99 on the phone and charged $99, which was perfectly fine by me. Provider (Eli) was friendly and efficient and even let me pay by credit card. I really can't think of anything else I'd want in a locksmith!

Called Parker Locksmith Store early in the AM. Our nanny locked her keys in her car and we needed to get the keys out before I left to work. It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building.
