Beau Hause
Purchased a spa cover and immediately had quality problems with the vinyl sagging. When I contacted customer service they sent a new foam panel, but that has not solved the problem and they will not fix it or make it right. It's been a year of back and forth and no resolution! Stay away unless you like throwing away money and wasting your time!
