The response was good, the dispatcher answered my call right away. The team then got there in another fifteen minutes. The technicians were polite and friendly, clearly explaining everything they are doing and are about to do. The price was low and in fact, the lowest I’ve been charged by any firm till date. Never thought I could feel strongly about what locksmith to use. But after having experienced the laid back, cool, efficient professionalism of Tom at Super Locksmith Services , I can't imagine using anyone else. He seems to always answer the phone and be available. And he was prompt and reliable about showing up and coming equipped with all the supplies he needed without knowing much about my particular situation. Payment was easy too - he takes credit cards.

My husband and I moved into an older home and did not have all the keys to it; we needed to have our house re-keyed. I called Super Locksmith Services and was able to make an appointment for the next day. He took down my information and we made an appointment for an hour window. He showed up as scheduled and was able to re-key my home in under 20 minutes! 3 Locks total - keyed alike; he even gave extra spare keys! Robert is super professional and the price is just right.
