I generally don’t write reviews but my story simply cannot be left unsaid. It was one of my regular trips back home. I work late shifts and pick up food from a local café every night. This time, however, I forgot to retrieve my car keys and it was only after I had slammed the door shut behind me did I realize what I’d just done! It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building. 24 hour services are a lifesaver!!! Especially, the one from Norwalk Emergency Locksmith. After getting home from work, I realized my keys were no longer in my pockets. I wish I’d snuck in a spare under the rug or something. Anyway, Norwalk Emergency Locksmith was the only firm that responded to my call and was extremely compassionate. James got there within a few minutes, and got a new key made. I asked him for another spare that I could hide outside my home, but James was against it! He told me that in a majority of burglaries, thieves got in using the spares. Well, that’s something I didn’t know! You guys rock! Stupendous work indeed…. Got locked out of my car with the keys inside and I panicked. I called my friend who referred me to Norwalk Emergency Locksmith. I called them on 203-533-3116 and their customer care executive was ever so polite. He didn’t ask unnecessary questions, but just asked me to ping my location. In another 20 minutes a locksmith arrived and God knows what he did, all it took was a few seconds and the door opened up.
