24 Hours A Day Workouts:
Here at Flexformation you can workout when and wherever you want to. Its not on my schedule or your bosses ,its yours. So if you want to go online at midnight or 4 in the morning then go ahead and do a couple of workouts or exercises to benefit yourself. That where the flex in Flex Formation comes in. So remember Flexformation is great information, learning the right Formation to cause a transformation.
About your trainer:
Hi my name is Franklin also known as Flex. I am a Certified Trainer, Group Fitness Bootcamp Instructor,Sheriff’s Public Service Specialist, a Husband and Father of 3 kids. I started in fitness when I was 15 years old when I got my first cheap under $100 weight bench. It was then at that moment that I knew I developed a deep love for fitness and have never turned back since. From there I joined gyms and even worked for many of them just so I could have a free membership to workout. Otherwise I couldn’t afford it. This is another reason why I go to great lengths to provide great quality free workouts at home for you all. Overtime I have gained vast amounts of experience with weight training, dumbbells and body weight training. From there I have ventured into other advanced forms of training such as Hiit, Tabata, Cross Fit, and Bootcamp Workouts. I have had many years of experience as a trainer and thrive off of other peoples success. When you reach your goals and get result then so do I. I am very passionate about helping other people achieve there desired results! Working together we can reach a new level of strength ,endurance, flexibility, weight loss or mass gain and muscular definition!
