About your trainer: Hi my name is Franklin also known as Flex. I am a Certified Trainer, Group Fitness Bootcamp Instructor,Sheriff’s Public Service Specialist, a Husband and Father of 3 kids. I started in fitness when I was 15 years old when I got my first cheap under $100 weight bench. It was then at that moment that I knew I developed a deep love for fitness and have never turned back since. From there I joined gyms and even worked for many of them just so I could have a free membership to workout. Otherwise I couldn’t afford it. This is another reason why I go to great lengths to provide great quality free workouts at home for you all. Overtime I have gained vast amounts of experience with weight training, dumbbells and body weight training.
