Pardee Construction offers LEED, Energy Efficient Technology, general contracting, construction management, and owner's representative services. Our company has worked for many prominent clients in the Tulsa area. We have also performed a design/build strategy on two structures in the Tulsa area. These buildings are among the most energy efficient and healthiest buildings on the planet. Our own offices are in the country's top 0.1% in energy efficiency according to Energy Star. The other building is currently finalizing design and is seeking an achievement under the Living Building Challenge, an honor only awarded to 14 buildings on the planet. Please call us to discuss your next project. We provide a perspective that no other firm can offer and at a cost neutral to outdated building practices.
