I purchased a Wisemic rx3 mod one week ago and the bottom feeder door wont stay shut. I had put some tape on it untill I could get it back to the store to see what they could do for me. Well, Brad... The "Salesman" said that he could not help me because of signs of wear. The only thing that was not original about it was the glue residue from holding the door shut and one spot of chipped off paint from the door scraping the mod at the hinge point. So he said he would give me a discount on another mod of $10.00! The unit that is broken cost me $75.00 and he told me there was nothing he could do for me. The receipt plainly says 30 days from date of purchase for refund or exchange. 7 days later with no signs of me damaging it and KC Vapes would not honor there store policy. I am completely disappointed with this store and will not take my business there and neither should you.
