We contacted ashcraft to fix our fireplace in December of 2018. In December of 2019 they still had not fixed it and it has the same problem as it did from the beginning. They charged us over $2500, constantly made appointments and then never showed up, and exhibited an astounding amount of incompetence and unprofessionalism. After you have service, if there is a problem, they stop answering their phone or returning messages. We are now having to file a claim in small claims court to try to recover the funds and damages. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
