Our goal at CrossFit Kaiju is to provide our members with just such an experience. Our team of coaches provide results based proven training and nutrition principles with a heavy dose of encouragement, accountability, creativity and laughter. The result is a supportive community of individuals who encourage and celebrate each others' success every day. The goals of our members vary just like any other gym would. To serve these varied needs, we offer multiple options in our menu of classes.
