Having lost the keys to my home, I was caught completely off-guard. The spare key was with my fiancé, who was out of town. Being quite clueless, I enquired around for suggestions. My neighbor asked me to call Hewlett Locksmith Service. After a quick web search, I found their details on https://www.HewlettLocksmithService.com and called them up, hoping that someone would be available at 11 pm. Not only were they available, but they also sent help in ten minutes. Joseph was so understanding and managed to get a key made quickly. Saving their number 516-283-5296 for any such ‘accidents’ in the future! Highly-recommend!

Very responsive, and took less than an hour to get to me and this was also on a Saturday night. Then only took 5 minutes to get me back into the apartment. Very friendly and professional. No one likes being locked out but if it happens, I would highly recommend Hewlett Locksmith Service

Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Hewlett Locksmith Service because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved! When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows? Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. From buzzing our door to swiping the credit card on his Square reader, he was here less than 30 minutes. Working with Hewlett Locksmith Service was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Hewlett Locksmith Service and would definitely call them again.
