Cumberland Lock And Key is simply the best service agency in Cumberland, RI 02864. Required a few repairs around the house and called them up. The technician, Steve, showed up at our door promptly, clearly explained the options without upselling any product and gave us a complete estimate. He did a superb job in fixing the door, locks and also installing a brand new chain lock. Delighted! Will hire again. Thank you Cumberland Lock And Key ..

AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW. He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes. Every service in world should run their company like Edwardo: COURTEOUS, COMMUNICATIVE, HONEST, MODERN, and RELIABLE. This company is a rare gem. So nice to know that there are people in the Cumberland, RI that take pride in what they do and actually care! Thanks, Cumberland Lock And Key.
