Crook. Stiffed us for $65,000 and left us with a sub quality building half finished. Two other people I know personally in the same boat. He is now building in Florida. Received a letter from his attorney stating he had no assets, yet as of two months ago he’s still in the building business. Overall, to rent another place, finish our project it cost us an a total of 80k. It financially devastated us. We now have to have another 5k repair on the roof and the building is less than 2years old. He has folks by the name of Carl and Gerald working for him. Look at complaints on the BBB of Tennessee. All the same story. Photos and documents to back my claims. Also testimony from all the professionals who finished our project.
