Mold inspections and air quality sampling/testing IMI performs visual and thermographic mold and moisture intrusion inspections. We also do air quality testing that is analyzed by a laboratory to determine the numbers and types of mold spores present in a space. We are NOT a mold remediation company which means we do not have motivation to find a mold problem at all costs. All spaces contain mold it is a matter of how much mold is in the space to determine if it is a problem or not.
