UEIS implements LEAN and systems engineering to create value for our customers. We function primarily as a consulting firm. UEIS isn't your average consulting firm. We believe in work, hard work, and do that work alongside our clients elbow to elbow in order to get the job done right. The first time. From climbing into sewage drains to welding jigs and using them on the line to validate they function as our design intended, we prove our value through creating value. However, that is only part of the reason why we succeed. The second is that much of our ideas, work ethic and philosophy come from working as assembly and quality control team members for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama. Having actually done the jobs that most engineers and consultants have only read about in books during their coursework, we see things differently. Much differently. There are many intangible aspects that contribute to success in project design, development, deployment, management and maintenance. These skills are only attained from experience. The best of which is experience working the jobs that we now engineer and direct. Our people is why why win. The process is simply a byproduct of our combined experiences and core values.
