The result is a distinguished selection of red and black caviars capable of stunning even the most seasoned of palates. Our smoked salmon was selected using similar criteria. Produced by a small artesian smokehouse located in the Catskills, our smoked salmon is crafted in small batches and made with the highest quality fish. By utilizing traditional smoking methods as well as innovative recipes, this salmon is some of the most unique on the market today. Our oysters vary from wild caught oysters to farmed oysters. This is done to ensure a reliable supply chain as well as a wide selection of products. Our oyster selection changes seasonally, with the oysters being delivered the day they’re harvested.
