The JHOOK is a family owned business that specializes in quality, hand created, knit and crochet products made from an array of specialty yarns. We are a loving husband and wife team, with a very surprisingly different dynamic. I, Warren Jones (husband), am the creator and producer of the hand-made knit and crochet garments. I was introduced to crochet at the age of 7 by my mother who would, on a regular occasion, create many baby blankets and accessories for new family arrivals. While my wife, Lillian (business partner and founder), was carrying our first child, I needed a relaxing hobby that I could carry with me as I grew anxious. The two other hobbies I am passionate about, cooking and refinishing furniture, were not allowed in the delivery room, therefore the wonderful family tradition of crochet was reintroduced 30 years later. After a healthy 8lb 2oz baby boy, and yards of crochet and knitting yarn, my wife decided that we have to get all of the projects out of the house by attending craft shows, and receiving request from clients who wanted various one-of-a-kind crochet and knitted items.
