I can't speak to the entire chain, but the WIchita KS store uses predatory sales techniques, and will flat out lie about their products in order to sell them. Their inserts caused significant nerve damage in my left foot, and I can't feel my left big toe thanks to their orthotics. They will claim that you just need a different one, or that a slight adjustment in their 'treatment' could cure the problem, but the simple truth is, their only cure has to do with curing your bank account of money. They do not have to prove effectiveness nor efficacy, and they sure won't give you a refund, even if you have significant proof that their product is bad or even injurious. They don't have genuine foot experts on staff, merely pushy and highly-trained salespeople. I'm sure they are paid well. They certainly seemed motivated to get more money out of me. Avoid these charlatans, or you will find yourself spending a great deal of money on products that will genuinely injure you. Don't buy into their cute employee reviews that talk about how their product 'cured their foot problems' either - it's damage control for bad reviews, done by company people, not customers. I got off cheap. After throwing away the $90 inserts they sold me, and going back to some truly cheap and crummy insoles in my shoes, my feet are feeling a lot better now - except for my numb big toe.
