Gary got there in ten minutes, and after a quick look at my locks, he said that the locks were fairly new, in good condition, and could be put to use for a few more years. He suggested that I rekey the locks instead. Well, he could have made quick money by changing the locks, but he didn’t. Fantastic experience with Tacoma Locksmith Store. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!

I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. Tacoma Locksmith Store not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. I still haven't heard a peep from the other two. Great, quick and professional service.

Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone. Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in Tacoma, WA. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt. I'm right there with everyone else - Tacoma Locksmith Store absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing.
