Customer service at its best! I needed spare keys. I found this place online https://www.EnglewoodLocksmithStore.com that seemed to have great reviews and a positive track record. I called Englewood Locksmith Store and asked them if I could come over to their shop to get keys made, however, the dispatcher was gracious enough to insist on providing onsite help. A technician stopped by my place within ten minutes and made keys out of the mobile workshop. Within minutes I had the finished key and it worked seamlessly in my locks. I expected the final bill to carry an extra charge for the onsite service they provided, but it didn’t. I wasn’t aware that my keys were showing signs of a burn out and so, when they broke in the lock, it caught me by unpleasant surprise. Luckily, I had the number of Englewood Locksmith Store on my phone and rang them up. Like always, these guys delivered as expected. John got there super fast, carefully removed the broken key and made me a brand new set of keys. I’ve been with them for years. Great, professional service by Englewood Locksmith Store ! My deadbolt was loose and my keys kept getting stuck in the lock. Englewood Locksmith Store quickly coordinated a time for the service call on my schedule. The locksmith showed up right on time and the lock replacement took only 15 minutes. Everyone I spoke with my polite and professional. They came prepared and got the job done right. I'm very happy with their work, and would use them again.
