Doran Flower
Daniel Summers and DKS Quality Construction took the $6300 up front payment we gave him to build a 12x12 addition. He never did the work, we have been trying to get our money back since June 2015. We won our small claims case against him (check the Syracuse City Court) but still haven't received a dime.
