Very pleased with my experience with Safe & Key Shop. The phone was answered promptly and courteously. They were able to be at my house within a few hours, solved the problem, educated me about how to work and maintain my slightly unusual locks, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Locksmiths are perfectly positioned to gouge their often desperate and in-a-bind customers, but Safe & Key Shop didn't take the slightest advantage of that fact. What's not to like?
