Boy am I glad my fiance found Master Locksmith Store online. We just moved to Needham, MA and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Needham, MA to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock.
