Phenomenal service! I wasn’t expecting them for at least another hour, despite the technician promising me an arrival time of 20 minutes. But Gary from Anchor Locksmith Store got there within 15 minutes, and helped me set up the new locks I’d just brought. He even doled out a few valuable tips to maintain the locks for free. FIVE STARS!!! Do I recommend them? Yes Will I hire them again? Definitely Try their service once, if you don’t believe how quick they are! Here’s what I think of them: Service : 5/5: They were quick, professional and good at their job. Pricing: 5/5: Rates were lower than most companies. Also, they didn’t charge me extra for arriving at my doorstep at 11pm. Response: 5/5: Can’t get any better than this. They were quick to respond to my queries over phone and sent a technician in less than fifteen minutes. My verdict? They’re simply the BEST in Prospect, CT 06712.
