We engaged his services to fix an in-door ice dispenser and paid 385 dollars.. It worked for about six weeks and quit. He acknowledged it was under warranty and would make the repair, but never did. This went on for months. First the part wasn't in. When I asked for proof that it was ordered he didn't provide any. I even found the part online for him, but that only made him more elusive. He would weasel out of phone calls by saying he was in a meeting or at the doctor or have another call coming in. At this point, we can only conclude he never had any intentions of standing by his work but he is too cowardly to admit it.
