Gwenevere Funderburk
I used to live in condo community, which was becoming a nightmare. We had several property management companies none of which improved the aesthetic appeal or property value of our homes. The DEM came on board, bringing with them opportunities for training for unit owners and BOD alike, and was also able to secure $6m in grants for the replacement of our water and sewer lines. I was so sad to see them leave, since their departure, the community got so bad and dangerous, I relocated and an currently renting my unit.
I should have sold while DEM was here, because to sell now, I would still owe on the original note.
