I needed help with setting up a new smart lock on my front door. After an impressive advert lured me into buying the lock, I was left struggling to make sense of the instructions and install it. So, I called Logan Locksmith Shop! Dave reached my location quickly, took one look at the lock and advised me against installing it. Turns out, it wasn’t authentic, but only a cheap imitation and showed me the real version of the lock. I could clearly make out the difference. I wasn’t going to risk the security of my property for anything and asked Dave to install the genuine version. Wish I’d purchased the lock from Logan Locksmith Shop in the first place and hadn’t wasted my money on a fake. If you’re a stickler for quality, they’re the best in Plantsville , CT! Logan Locksmith Shop has a 5-star rating for a reason. I called them this morning to rekey two doors in my house, and they were able to send a locksmith within the hour. The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I'm really glad that these are the folks i called.

I had the best experience you can have after locking yourself out and having to pay someone to open your door. I hope I never go through that again, but I'll definitely be calling these Logan Locksmith Shop if I do! Fast and cheap price.
