Safe & Key Shop has a 5-star rating for a reason. I called them this morning to rekey two doors in my house, and they were able to send a locksmith within the hour. The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. Very responsive, and took less than an hour to get to me and this was also on a Saturday night. Then only took 5 minutes to get me back into the apartment. Very friendly and professional. No one likes being locked out but if it happens, I would highly recommend Safe & Key Shop.

Very pleased with my experience with Safe & Key Shop. The phone was answered promptly and courteously. They were able to be at my house within a few hours, solved the problem, educated me about how to work and maintain my slightly unusual locks, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. PHENOMENAL!!! I just don’t think there’s another word that befits the description of what Capitol Locksmith Service is all about! Don’t know which is better, their services or the low rates at which they offer them.. My daughter ended up locking herself out of our home (for the umpteenth time) only last week. As usual, I asked her to wait it out at her aunt’s by the time the guy I usually called got there. Despite waiting for two hours, he wasn’t there. After endless follow-up calls he flatly told me that he couldn’t make it cos he was on the other side of the town. Infuriated beyond words, I looked online and found Capitol Locksmith Service. These guys had amazing reviews and decided to give them a try. Within ten minutes, someone from Capitol Locksmith Service reached the place and my daughter was back inside in no time. And the best part was the price!!! I was charged half of what I’m usually charged by other locksmiths. David even suggested installing a smartphone operated smart lock owing to the remarkable track record my daughter had when it came to losing keys! My roommate and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment when we were in a rush - after calling many different locksmiths, we decided to go with Mike because his pricing was much more reasonable.
