The lock on my door was a special decorative one and the locksmith I had originally purchased it from went out of business a year ago. It was dilapidated now and I needed a new one exactly like it, as it blended seamlessly with the rest of the home décor. I doubted if anyone would have a replica to it, but I was determined to ask around. I asked in a couple of places but none of them seemed to have it. I then contacted this firm through their website https://www.Paterson.Safe-Key-Shop.com and within minutes I was requested to send a picture of the lock. Gary, the technician handling my request, told me they didn’t have it but asked me to wait 24 hours. Sure enough, the next day, he arrived at my premises with the lock I wanted. Thank you so much for going the lengths to procure the lock I needed! The level of dedication shown by Safe & Key Shop is truly commendable. I’m definitely hiring them again! Highly recommend to all in Paterson!!!

I wanted a more secure lock on my door, and Dave provided me with a range of options with a full explanation of each one -- so much better than the other locksmiths I called, who basically gave me one-word, non-negotiable answers. He was prompt, extremely friendly, and had a fair price. I was really blown away by how positive the whole experience was; I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends.

I called Safe & Key Shop about a problem I was having with two locks in my home. Jerry returned my call quickly, was here within an hour, and had my problem solved the same afternoon, all for an extremely reasonable fee. I highly recommend Safe & Key Shop !
