We are a family-owned business with corporate headquarters in Oak Creek, Wisconsin and have been in business over 60 years. We have a Corporate Executive Chef and Culinary Department that focuses on understanding culinary flavor trends and how they can be leveraged to expand business for Asenzya's customers. Asenzya also employs a team of highly-qualified Food Scientists, Meat Scientist, along with a regulatory department.
