I called them up on 203-433-3297 with a request. It was 10 pm, but when I asked Safe & Key Shop to come in, they didn’t even question me twice! The requirement I had was for a lock on my mailbox. John was there within fifteen minutes, despite the fact that I had made it clear that it was no emergency and they could take their own time. I’ve heard my colleagues rant on about how they ended up paying exorbitant fees to locksmiths during emergencies and I didn’t want to join in on that! My flight was only at 6 am and I was in no hurry. But John reassured me that there was nothing to worry about! In fact, he gave me a flat rate, asked me if I was okay with it and only then proceeded with the installation. True to his word, John didn’t charge me a penny more after he was done. There was no hidden fees, no after-hour charges and nothing over-the-top like my colleagues had claimed! Well, they obviously hadn’t met John from Safe & Key Shop!!! If you’re probably stuck outside your car and have very little cash on you, Safe & Key Shop will fit your budget and your requirements. Highly recommend their 24/7 services!

After coming across their website https://www.Hamden.Safe-Key-Shop.com and impressed with what they had on offer, I called them up. Finally, I found a locksmith that’s professional, friendly, affordable and completely reliable. I’d hired various locksmiths before and have never been completely satisfied with the service and the prices offered. Safe & Key Shop, however, is a league ahead of others in Hamden. I HIGHLY recommend them to all. Ten on Ten!

I am always suspicious of all glowing reviews. But these are not shills. Safe & Key Shop are awesome. I called, set up an appointment and Mike showed up and changed the locks quickly. Pleasant, courteous and professional. Unless your neighbor is a free locksmith, call the Safe & Key Shop AT: 203-433-3297.
