Thank you so much Aqua Locksmith Store! I truly appreciate the lengths the team went to put me out of my misery. After being locked out of my vehicle, and being unable to call anyone because I’d locked the phone inside as well. Thankfully, I had a wifi connection and my tablet stashed away in my bag. Emailed a couple of firms, Aqua Locksmith Store among them! Barely 5 minutes had passed since I sent an email to [email protected] that I received a response. Despite no feasible means of easy communication, they managed to help me out. I owe you big time for helping me out of a tough spot. The best in Hawthorne , CA!! Hats off to you!

Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Aqua Locksmith Store is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Hawthorne , CA company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!

Called late last night and got a morning appointment for the following day. Henrry was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Choose Aqua Locksmith Store because of their reviews and totally grateful; gotta love their flat rates!
