The tech that arrive from Golden Locksmith Services was friendly, professional and super fast. He was on time and came prepared with 2 different types of locks for me to choose based on our needs and budget. He answered all my questions and finished installing a deadbolt lock in less than 15 minutes. He even asked for a dust pan and broom to clean up after the job. Would absolutely use Golden Locksmith Services again. Excellent service - If you will need a locksmith call 972-512-6382.

Every other house in the neighborhood had these ultra-modern high-tech locks on their doors – that is, every other house, except for mine! I wanted one too and called Golden Locksmith Services to discuss the options, but Gary talked me out of it! He gave me all the reasons why such a lock was completely wrong for me…And yes, after he was done, I did agree with him.. I barely knew how to operate a smartphone and the stuff I did know I learnt from my grandson. I’m sticking to my trusty deadbolts! Thanks to Golden Locksmith Services for providing great advice!!! Golden Locksmith Services is perhaps the only firm in McKinney, TX that doesn’t try to rip off customers. They’re genuine, honest and reliable! I know this because I’ve been associated with them for 8 long years! Recommend them to all!

Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Golden Locksmith Services because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved! When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows? Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. From buzzing our door to swiping the credit card on his Square reader, he was here less than 30 minutes. Working with Golden Locksmith Services was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Golden Locksmith Services and would definitely call them again.
