I wasn’t keen on hiring a locksmith having had a ton of bitter experiences in the past, but I was left with no choice. The key had snapped in half and the broken pieces were lodged inside. Thanks a million guys! I owe you one! Right when I thought I couldn’t get any help, Lock & Key Store came to my rescue. I just wish I hadn’t tried to break open my door to get entry. Once the unlocking was done, Joe was gracious enough to fix the damage I’d done for free. That’s one firm that values customer service above everything else. Do give them a try! Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. He had no problem whatsoever making a second trip to finish the job on a weekday. Flat rates are upfront. No surprise fees. Jacob a really friendly guy who takes pride in his work.
